• Dispatch times:

All orders are dispatched within 3 business days, except for specific products which have long processing times. Please refer to the product page for more information.

• Delivery Times for guidance:

All orders are sent via Australia Post:

Within NSW: 2-4 business days

Interstate (outside of NSW): 3-6 business days

In the case of that a parcel is not received within 25 days of the shipment date, please contact Australia Post and reference your parcels tracking number.

• Shipping rate:

Flat rate shipping $13.95, Australia Wide (For orders under $70)

Free shipping. (For orders over $70)

• Signature on Delivery:

By default, your order will need to be signed for on delivery. You can give authority to leave details in the checkout which we will attach to your parcel, please ensure there is a safe place to leave your parcel when choosing this option. Providing authority to leave means that the item is deemed delivered when the courier marks the item as delivered – effectively signing on your behalf. Please note, that if tracking shows the item as having been delivered to the address provided, we do not refund or replace lost or stolen parcels.
