Refund policy

We don’t have a return policy, however we have a refund policy for defective products. Therefore, if we deliver you the wrong products, or you receive defective goods, there is no need to post them to us. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If there is a defect with the treats, please contact us straight away and include photo evidence of the defective treat. You’ll also need the order confirmation or proof of purchase. Once photos are received and inspected, we will initiate the refund process. We do not offer refunds or exchange for change of mind or the product being different to customers’ expectations. Defects or incorrect items must be notified within 5 days of receipt. Depending on the particular circumstances, we may replace, refund or provide a store credit.

Our treats are 100% natural. Each treat is unique and will vary slightly from the pictures shown, sometimes in size and sometimes colour and therefore return or refunds based on different sized/colour items are not accepted. Natural treats can be odorous; returns or refunds based solely upon odour are not accepted. Please bear in mind that natural treats have no preservatives – Once opened, treats should be stored in an airtight container or kept in the bag and sealed tightly. Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature.
