You must pay Coco & Max for the Products at the time of placing your order using the site. Prices displayed on the site are shown in Australian dollars and include GST. Coco & Max accepts Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. You must comply with the terms and conditions of these providers.
If you elect to pay by Visa, MasterCard or Paypal, charging or debiting of your payment card will only be made when you elect to pay for the items you have ordered at the end of the check-out. Prior to this step, your Order will not be recorded or processed.
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not authorise payment for any reason, then you will be notified of this immediately prior to completing your purchase at the check-out stage. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.

For Overseas Orders
Coco & Max does not convert the total price of Orders into other currencies. We will bill your credit or debit card or PayPal account in Australian dollars and the card company or PayPal will convert the charges for you. If you have any questions about currency conversions please contact your bank or financial institution.
We ship from our HQ in Melbourne and aim to process your order in one business day. We do not operate on public holidays or weekends.
We now ship within Australia $7 to $14 depending on the weight. Shipping price INTERNATIONALLY is a flat rate of $15
Within Australia we use Australia Post, the estimated delivery time is between 1 ~ 2 business days after shipment in metropolitan areas, and for regional areas 2 to 5 days. For international orders we use Pack and Track Australian Post, with an estimated 3 ~ 10 business day delivery to metropolitan areas of major cities.
Once your parcel has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email including a unique tracking number, and can be viewed online at: www.auspost.com/track Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to register with Australia Post.
Please note Items shipped to countries outside of Australia may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all Import Fees. Please be aware that this is a legal requirement out of our control, so please check with customs in your country to ascertain any additional charges prior to purchase. Coco & Max will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any delay in delivery. Once the order is dispatched it’s in the hands of Australia Post and we are not liable for any errors made by these services.
Coco & Max cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order. We do not accept addresses stated as P.O Box, please state a street delivery address. If you complete your order and then notice that the address details are incorrect, or have any further questions, please contact Coco & Max at: email@example.com
If you change your mind, or receive any products that you are unhappy with, you may return the item within 10 days from delivery. We will then offer you an online credit or full refund for the purchase price of the item. The purchase price is the amount you paid for the product and does not include any delivery costs. Please also note that you are responsible for postage costs of returning the item. We recommend using registered mail to return items, as Coco & Max is not liable for any items lost in the post.
All items returned must be in the original condition - unworn and unwashed, including all labels and tags intact (hygiene strips also apply on swimwear). We will not be able to accept any items for return which are not in original condition.
Items can only be exchanged for a different size or colour in the same style. All exchanges are subject to availability. We do not accept returns or size exchanges on items that show wear or use, make up or deodorant stains. Returns will not be accepted if you have not followed the care label instructions correctly.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us within 7 days of receiving and we will organise a replacement. If an item is faulty and there is no suitable replacement you will be fully refunded. If a replacement is unavailable you may choose another suitable item. Please note, items bought on sale will not be refunded. Only exchanges on sale items that are deemed faulty are accepted. We do not refund postage charges for goods returned and your own return postage costs are not refundable. You will however be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing error or a shipping error in our part.
Coco & Max online recognise and agree that the privacy of all personal information is important to individuals and will treat it with the utmost care and respect. When we have collected information about you it cannot be seen or modified by anyone else. All personal information collected to process and fulfil your order is to be minimal, private, correct, safe and held in accordance with relevant Australian privacy laws. We do not share any credit card information with any third parties, other than for the purpose of processing payments for the product you have ordered. We will only ask for and use relevant personal information necessary to conduct our business. All information collected for Coco & Max is for the sole purpose and use of Coco & Max. This also includes information when you register on our site, subscribe to our newsletter or upload photos. We will not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to any third parties. Any information that we no longer require is destroyed.
